Founder & President of The AHA Group
Antonia Hock founded The AHA Group to redefine how experience creates market power for the world’s most discerning clients.
Formerly, The Global Head of The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center, she expanded one of the most respected luxury education platforms globally and founded Marriott’s Performance Advisory unit, shaping experience strategy across its global luxury portfolio.
She spent a decade in senior leadership at Microsoft, leading large-scale transformations and directing the evolution of its worldwide services organization. That experience forged the performance standards and accountability that define her work with the world’s most demanding clients.
Today, through The AHA Group, she advises leading global houses and elite brands, including work with brands such as Rolex, on designing experience systems that protect reputation and drive long-term growth.
Her insights on luxury, leadership, and experience strategy are sought by The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Bloomberg, Forbes, and Esquire when deeper perspective is required.
She advises CEOs and boards on aligning experience strategy with revenue growth, retention, and long-term brand strength.


Nicolas J. Orolin
Chief Delivery Officer
An internationally recognized leader in organizational transformation, Nicolas brings global operational depth and cross-cultural perspective to the firm’s strategic work.
With an upbringing, education, and executive career that span Europe, North America, and Asia, he has led multinational enterprises at the highest levels, including serving as President of a global ERP organization and directing large-scale operations for a U.S. Fortune 50 company.
A creative and meticulous executive, his experience spans sales, product, technology, finance, and enterprise systems, and he holds seven technology patents that reflect his commitment to disciplined innovation and structural problem-solving.
His work within luxury and private wealth environments gives him a clear understanding of the discretion, precision, and performance standards required at the highest levels of client engagement.
He ensures that every experience architecture we design is supported by the leadership, structure, and operational strength required to sustain it.
Nick is a graduate of The University of Wales and Oxford University and conducted post-graduate research at The University of Cambridge.
