LUXURY RETAIL

1. Luxury Watches & Jewelry (Consulting Client)
For our client’s flagship boutique, the ambition was larger than excellent service: the client needed the experience to justify a major flagship investment and perform at the level expected of one of luxury's most scrutinized brands. The AHA Group designed the end-to-end boutique experience, codified it in a complete playbook, and trained both employees and leadership. Success was tied directly to mystery-shop performance, walk-in conversion, revenue per square foot, and creating an experience worthy of the physical asset.
2. An Ultra- Luxury Fashion House (The AHA Executive Session)
Our client brought The AHA Group into a senior leadership conversation about the future of its VIP bespoke appointment experience. We facilitated a one-day executive workshop to create a shared language and governing principles for the experience, then returned within days to present the resulting strategic conclusions and recommendations. The work gave leadership an external, cross-industry UHNW perspective on an important brand experience and created the foundation for broader discussions around their global VIP appointment experience.

LUXURY REAL ESTATE

3. Luxury Real Estate (Keynote)
Our client wanted its leading agents to understand where luxury was moving before those shifts became obvious in the market. The AHA Group delivered a keynote on the future of luxury to top U.S. and select global agents, translating changing expectations and behaviors into implications for how they sell and advise. The goal was to move an elite sales population beyond inspiration into sharper market judgment and more adaptive behavior.
4. Luxury Real Estate (Consulting Client)
A mixed-use development outside Riyadh initially approached The AHA Group to design the experience surrounding a major investor event. Our assessment surfaced a more fundamental issue: the development did not yet have enough defined brand and concept substance to make that event persuasive, so the conversation moved upstream to development branding and creation of a hotel brand. The consequence was substantial: the project needed a proposition strong enough to help attract investors and support the required $2 billion USD capital raise.
5. Luxury Commercial Real Estate (Consulting Client)
Our client was creating a new luxury office property in Miami Beach with a speakeasy, gym, valet and other amenities, but the opportunity was to make those assets add up to a differentiated experience rather than a list of features. The AHA Group was approached to shape the service and experience model for the building. The intended payoff was strategic as well as financial: establish our client as a leader in the future of work, attract premium tenants, and support higher lease rates per square foot.
6. Luxury Real Estate (Keynote)
Our client brought The AHA Group to its regional Luxury Summit to give agents a deeper understanding of the UHNW client behind the transaction. The keynote translated specialized UHNW expertise into implications for how luxury agents engage, advise, and build relationships with sophisticated buyers and sellers. The intended value was practical: change behavior after the conference, not merely deliver an interesting hour on stage.
LUXURY PRIVATE CLUBS
7. Luxury Private Clubs (Consulting Client)
Our client was building a new branded private club and understood that membership acquisition alone would not make the economics work. The AHA Group was approached to help create a differentiated club experience capable of giving members reasons to return, participate, and spend rather than simply join. The business outcomes were therefore interconnected: acquire new members, increase utilization, grow annual member spend, and make the operating model more profitable.

ULTRA-LUXURY HOSPITALITY

8. Luxury Hotel Management (Consulting Client)
Our client came to The AHA Group while reconsidering an aging hotel management platform and how it categorized and marketed independent properties to more affluent travelers. The prospective mandate was to rethink the platform's brand and market proposition through a luxury and HNW / UHNW lens, with experience informing the model even before formal experience design began. The commercial stakes were two-sided: make the platform more compelling to hotel owners while simultaneously driving more high-value guests to book through it.
9. Ultra-Luxury Hospitality (Consulting Client)
Our partner brought The AHA Group into its bid for an ultra-luxury hospitality resort because the assignment required a depth of luxury experience expertise outside of their core culture capability. The proposed mandate covered service excellence standards, signature brand rituals, a daily lineup model, and service recovery for an ultra-luxury hotel concept intended to convert Saudi palaces and scale across the Kingdom. The challenge was to create a distinctive operating point of view in an increasingly crowded ultra-luxury market, with differentiation ultimately expected to translate into guest demand and revenue.
PRIVATE WEALTH MANAGEMENT

10. Wealth Management (Keynote)
Our client wanted wealth advisors to become more sophisticated in how they understood and engaged UHNW clients, a segment where generic relationship skills are not enough. The bank engaged The AHA Group for a keynote at its Toronto wealth management conference focused on the behaviors and expectations of this customer. The goal was not simply knowledge transfer, but a shift in advisor behavior that could improve how the bank competes for UHNW relationships.
11. Wealth Management (Consulting Client)
Our Client was redesigning onboarding for HNW and UHNW clients and recognized that the opportunity was not simply to make a process smoother, but to make the opening of the relationship distinctly their own. The conversation with The AHA Group expanded toward a facilitated leadership offsite designed to create alignment and buy-in around the new experience. The intended outcomes were commercial and reputational: build confidence and ease early, win more assets, attract new clients, and create an onboarding experience capable of strengthening the firm's market reputation.

EXECUTIVE EXPERIENCE

12. Executive Experience (Sales Training)
Our client’s onsite team supporting their prestigious technology customer was being judged on the experience it delivered to the customer’s executives, with customer perception carrying direct contract consequences. The AHA Group was approached for a workshop to raise the team's experience performance in that highly visible environment. The measures that mattered were concrete: stronger executive feedback and survey scores, a better reputation for the onsite team, and a stronger position at contract renewal.
ULTRA-LUXURY YACHTING

13. Ultra-Luxury Yachting (Consulting Client)
Our client faced an unusual luxury problem: guests had placed deposits on suites, but the inaugural voyage was roughly 18 months away, leaving a long window in which buyers could walk away before completing payment. The AHA Group was asked to rethink the pre-voyage experience as a commercial retention mechanism, designing ways to build emotional attachment well before guests ever boarded. The objective was to protect completion, inaugural-voyage economics and optics, while also creating advocacy and referral momentum around a new ultra-luxury product.
14. Ultra-Luxury Yachting (Consulting Client)
A new luxury hospitality branded ultra-luxury yacht required more than transplantation of hotel service onto the water. The AHA Group was approached to help define a service and experience model that unmistakably honored the brand while creating a proprietary expression for the yacht category. The commercial ambition was a branded experience strong enough to drive bookings, referrals, and incremental onboard spend.

LUXURY CRUISING
PRIVATE AVIATION

15. Luxury Cruising (Consulting Client)
Our client had made major investments in new ships and needed the human experience across the fleet to rise to the same level as the physical product. The AHA Group was engaged for a $1.7M consulting program spanning service excellence standards, leadership standards, and fleet-wide experience design. The work was intended to create meaningful differentiation at scale, improve the guest experience, and make the fleet more compelling in the competition for future revenue.
PRIVATE AVIATION

16. Private Aviation (Consulting Client)
Our client recognized a gap between the luxury value of their private aviation proposition and the quality of the experience being delivered in flight. They engaged The AHA Group for a consulting program combining executive thought leadership, behavioral excellence standards, and a practical experience or “Wow” playbook. The mandate linked experience directly to growth: win new customers, retain existing ones, and deepen the value of current customer relationships.
17. Private Aviation (Sales Training)
Our client needed more from an experienced sales organization in a category where a single customer relationship can represent substantial lifetime value. They engaged The AHA Group for an intensive one-day workshop designed to sharpen how sellers identify opportunity, influence sophisticated buyers, and convert more of the portfolio into customer value. The objective was not generic sales training; it was stronger commercial performance with a demanding HNW and UHNW customer base.

LUXURY AUTOMOTIVE

18. Luxury Automotive (One-Day Executive Leadership Workshop)
Our client needed dealership owners across North America to commit to its House of Brands strategy, but faced an unusual barrier: the company itself had lost credibility with part of the audience. Our client brought in The AHA Group as an independent luxury authority for a one-day owner program delivered four times back-to-back, combining six hours of luxury experience and service content with deep command of the client’s strategy. The role was consequential: make the strategy credible to a millionaire-and-billionaire owner audience and convert that credibility into dealership-level commitment and behavior change.
LUXURY INTERIOR DESIGN

19. Luxury Interior Design (Keynote)
Our client wanted to become more valuable to the luxury interior designers who influence substantial high-end purchasing decisions. The company engaged The AHA Group for a keynote centered on winning UHNW clients, using changing wealth behaviors and expectations to give designers knowledge they could apply in their own businesses. For the client, the event was also a relationship strategy: attract the right design audience, deepen its relevance to them, and ultimately increase showroom purchasing.

UHNW SECURITY SERVICES

20. UHNW Security & Risk Services (Leadership Training)
Our client serves customers for whom trust, discretion and judgment are inseparable from the technical service itself. The company engaged The AHA Group at a leadership offsite to strengthen how a new generation of leaders understood, interacted with, and delivered experience to UHNW clients. The business case extended beyond satisfaction: better customer relationships were expected to support renewals, referrals, and overall commercial performance.
Ready to Make Your UHNW Customer Experience Exceptional?
Our clients contact us with a distinct business challenge in mind - how can they strengthen the experiences they deliver to their affluent and UHNW customers, better prepare their people to engage their customers, or simply how to win and retain more UHNW customers.
Sometimes that work begins with a consulting engagement. Other times, it is a one-day executive facilitation session, sales training, wealth briefing, or an UHNW keynote.
We welcome your inquiry through our contact page or directly to William Andrews at williama@ahaexperience.com.
