It’s Almost Go-Time for The Mainstage Tomorrow!

This was originally planned as a 45-minute keynote, but after some great conversations with this client, we landed on 90-minutes instead - more like a keynote / workshop combo - packed with so many stories, our model for differentiating service and experience, the key recommendations we give to our consulting clients, and loads of “How-To’s” on mastering experiences that deliver ROI.
This crowd is highly interactive, so even with a conference this size, we are doing an additional 30-minutes of live Q&A (which is one of my favorite things!).
I can’t wait to tell two of my personal stories that really highlight the power of delivering WOW moments that scale in a high-volume environment. One features my red Bronco Wildtrak, the vehicle that has delivered me safely offroad more times that I can count, and the other is about toothpaste. Great experiences can truly come from anywhere!
