Last week, our firm was covered in Morningstar for our record year.

Last year, we completed 87 consulting projects across four global offices with 45 professionals, and 60% of our revenue coming outside North America. We were named a Top 10 CX Consulting Firm in the US and Corporate LiveWire's Business Transformation Consultancy of the Year for the second consecutive year. And that is only the consulting business. It does not include our speaking, workshops, ICON Diagnostic (where we have 90+ engagements alone), or our research practice.

None of it happens without client results. The awards, the growth, the referrals all trace back to one thing: We Deliver. Without that, there is nothing.

We build experience architecture that does two things:

We drive and protect revenue. We create and defend competitive moats.

You cannot do either without loyalty, retention, and a precise understanding of what moves the wealthiest clients in the world. That is where we operate: Ultra-luxury; HNW / UHNW. The markets where excellence is assumed and mediocrity ends careers.

The world is full of chatter about experience and how important it is. Very few people actually know how to build, deploy, and sustain it at the top of the market. That is what we do.

Our work is delivered by people who have carried real accountability at the highest levels, and I built it that way because results matter.

I am not a new entrepreneur. I have built $200M+ businesses for large companies, turned around underperforming ones under extreme market pressure, and had my first exit in my 20s. I built this firm on the operating principles I know work. I am obsessive about this work.

Our new consulting business comes from Board Member referrals, C-suite referrals, and senior executives who have experienced our results firsthand. That is a tough crowd to please.

If I've described your business and you compete on experience, we should talk.
